Elected Officials to Protect America, Renewable Heat Now, New Yorkers for the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA) the state’s plan to address climate change and reach net zero emissions in New York State. The Act sets the goals to reduce emissions to 40 below below 1990 levels by 2030 and then to 85 percent below 1990 levels by 2050.
